We've listened to your requests and have finally (but reluctantly) said "good-bye" to the old treble hook and stainless steel shaft and now make the "French Frye" with a single red hook and premium flourocarbon line. We've also done away with the hand-painted beads and have switched to pre-colored beads. Upon request from Kokanee Power president, Gary Coe, we've also made the lure slightly larger.

However, we're still using the popular and productive "French" blade and you can be assured this new spinner will dominate others in its class. In recent tests it's performed well.

This 2lb. Mackinaw (Lake Trout) & several Kokanee Salmon fell for the new "French Frye" (prototype) at Hell Hole Res. in Northern California on May 24, 2011. Caught on new Tiger shad and popular pink chub/emerald prism prototypes.
